Key Accountabilities:
• Playing the role in scientific leadership, including study design, literature reference research, project direction, and scientific discussion;
• Interacting with clients to initiate and finalize outline protocols;
• Responsible for the basic operation or experimental design and execution of the in vitro and in vivo PK studies.
• Detailed feedback on the problems in the experiment; Participate in the basic management of the experimental platform, responsible for the use and maintenance of instruments;
• Collect and sort out experimental data and complete other laboratory-related tasks assigned by project supervisor; also needs to design, plan and manage the execution of experiments and the project execution team according to the experimental requirements.
• Ability to independently design experiments and solve problems; Work actively, rigorous attitude, strong sense of responsibility, good team spirit.
Requirements:
• Ph.D. or M.s. majored in biology, medicine or related. Hematology research background or experience in tumor immunology research or project execution is preferred.
• Strong background in in ADME or PK evaluations is critical. More than 1 year of work experience and the experience in DMPK platform.
• Management and client communication skills are highly required and required to have a certain understanding of the industry, and have strong ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Responsible, realistic, patient, meticulous, practical, good communication skills and teamwork spirit. It also needs to design, plan and manage the execution of experiments and the project execution team according to the experimental requirements.
• Ability to independently design experiments and solve problems; Knowledge of the drug discovery process and role of biomarker analysis and related immunology
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills, and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to be a team player.
